Le Macaron French Pastries is a pastry franchise concept that has been quickly but strategically expanding since the first location opened in 2009. Since that time, we have grown to over fifty open units with over twenty more units awarded and we are now looking to take over the New York market by opening twenty new locations in the Big Apple.
